Ramsey Christmas Lights is run entirely by a small group of local volunteers who care deeply about keeping the festive spirit alive in our town.

We’re not a commercial organisation or a business—we’re just a committee of residents who love Christmas and want to make Ramsey feel magical for families, visitors, and the wider community each year. From planning the switch-on event to climbing ladders and stringing lights across the High Street, we do it all ourselves—with a lot of teamwork, late nights, and festive cheer.

Our work is only possible thanks to the generous donations we receive from the public. Every light, tree, and moment of joy is paid for by the people of Ramsey, and we’re proud to say that all the money goes directly into the event and displays.
